ummm...I had strep once and it was the sickest I had ever been. Took 7-10 days to get over and I was bedridden (with an IV) the ENTIRE TIME. I have to conclude that:

    1) Harden's strain of strep is weak, or he's had it before (sometimes the second time around isn't as bad)
    2) It's the early stages--if thats the case, we are screwed. He will be out like a fat kid in a dodge ball game
    3) its not actually strep. More drama for the media
    4) Harden is superman (dwight who??)

but seriously..if its strep, be really worried...its a sucky illness

Strep will fatigue the hell out of him. Expect a tired harden. He will need to sleep a lot before, eat well, and drink a five hour... Maybe get a b12 shot.

If Harden is out, then we'll really need Lin.

ha. yeah thats what it takes, although sharing drinks could do it too. Maybe Harden needs to sip from the Thunder's gatorade cups before the game.

Seems that getting too close with "urban models" has caught up to James.

Damn he should have had a rapid strep test done ASAP when he had throat pain. Could have started him on a macrol

I am going to predict that OKC will be stupid enough to fall for the old *sick with the flu* trick again.

Macrolides and he'd be ok. Plus it's just a 3 day course. What are the teams doctors for if they can't even do that ft our players.

Too late, he's started antibiotics so he's no longer contagious.

Maybe he breathed over them already last game?

Yesterday was probably the first day he felt symptoms, which means he may feel a lot worse tomorrow.
