i remember trying to record a song on the radio one night and trying hard to keep quiet. my sister busted in my room and i got so pissed off that i pushed her. only later that i realized the recording doesn't pick up ambient noise. sorry sis.

Wow, I remember putting my pants backwards as a 6-7 year old. While this pales far in comparison to my biggest loss this week (my grandfather died Monday night), it's still apart of my childhood.

Haha, this perfectly describes every tape of music I had back in the 90s. I recorded pretty much everything from the radio. What was even worse was those mix nights where they'd blend the end of one song into the start of next. Pissed me off to no end.

As soon as Napster came along, I was all over it. lol

 

And a few years later we thought the discman was the greatest invention ever.
