Anybody else getting tired of watching the OKC players constantly going after the ball after the whistle blows? It was funny the first couple times, but the Rockets need to keep doing it also if OKC is going to continue this throughout the series.

A few thoughts on the game.

--I was so proud of Asik when he made those free throws. You could tell he was feeling the pressure. He needed to make those free throws for the Rockets to win and he did. I wanted McHale to take Asik out at the time, but McHale knew best and it paid off.

--After maybe the worst game of his career, Harden comes back and was fantastic. All players have bad games at times, but when you look at what Harden has done for the entire season, I think you have to agree that he is a big time player.

--I think we can see why McHale and all coaches like veteran players. A lot has been said about the Rockets being so young, but look who is getting playing time and producing when it matters. Players like Garcia and Brooks have come in after getting very little playing time and are now making major contributions. We still have a lot of young guys, like Parsons, Beverley, and Smith getting minutes and producing. But, our vets have been just terrific.

--That double flop by the Thunder was both hilarious and disgusting at the same time. I don't know if I've seen anything like that before. The Thunder players looked like bowling pins flying backwards. It's almost like they have practiced and rehearsed that move.

--I'm concerned about the health of the Rockets. Delfino went out with an injury, Brooks went out with an injury, and Lin didn't play at all. We have a game on Friday and I hope we have these guys can play.

Brooks scored big buckets last night. I bet the moment he was on court and saw Derek Fisher, he smiled.

Bone bruises are tough to diagnose. They don't really show up on x-rays, so you normally assume it's a bruise, but if the pain and swelling linger it's more than likely a bone bruise.

Yowch. Hope it's not a bone bruise.

Those are much longer to recover from than muscle bruising in most cases.

Either way, the Rockets will be okay. One thing we knew from the regular season is that Offense is something that we've never had in short supply.

And if they can stay in KD's head, there's a decent chance to steal the game in TC and turn this into a 1 game series.

Imagine that, all the marbles in game 7. I'll take those odds for the Rockets any day. Puncher's chance baby.. puncher's chance.

I would LOVE if both teams came back from down 0-3! I'm not a Celts fan, but I can't stand Melo and the Knicks. If it happened, the only bad thing is technically BOS would be the "1st" in NBA history to come back from a 0-3 series deficit to win...

however, Houston would be the first 8th seed to topple a 1 seed after being down 0-3 so that still works. DON'T GET ME WRONG, still too early, 1 game at a time, Go Rockets!!!!!

Great win last night! I do belieive!!!

A lot of non calls and bs calls...that double flop was ridiculous, and I'm glad Asik killed the theory of hacking him with 5 minutes left in the game...Everyone played great!

Can't wait till game 6, Go Rockets!!

Great win last night for these young fellas. I could see the confidence building with every big shot they hit to keep OKC from catching up.

Good to see Harden find his shot again. I think he, like all the great ones that have played, is learning how to use his teammates and trust them to make plays. This is his first year as the lead so there will be learning curve. I wish some of you would have some patience and stop saying "he is overrated", "he tried to lose the game for us" and "he sucks" after any bad game he has. That's ridiculous.

If OKC had a big that posted up and scored in the paint this would have been a sweep. Luckily, they play the same style we play and they are without their 2nd best player and the guy who can change a game with his speed and athletic ability. We do have a chance if our shots keep falling.

Wake up this morning to read through the game thread and I was treated to a great surprise. No more feedback button for this guy. I only hope the ban is more than just temporary, those terrible memes and WTF posts are finally gone!

Also go Rockets! That game was so great to watch. Harden finally brought his A game, Asik came up huge with his FTs and everyone down the line played there part. Huge team win, let's take them to 7!
