Um, y'all do realize that we shouldn't have even won the game last night against the Clippers. I think it's a bit premature to say we're gonna gain on the Lakers too.

I agree, only if you change "the Lakers" to "the Rockets" :D

But to be fair with ourselves, we also lost a few games due to bad calls. Last night we had poise, fought hard, Miller still had a second chance but he choked.

So here is my signature of the day:

Refs help those who help themselves

I think the Rockets are going to make the playoffs as the #8 seed. Lakers make it as the #7 seed. But here is how I see the Western Conference Final Standings.

    1. San Antonio
    2. Dallas
    3. Sacramento
    4. Minnesota
    5. Portland
    6. Lakers
    7. Utah
    8. Rockets

    First Round Match-ups

Houston @ San Antonio(Spurs win in game 5)
    Utah @ Dallas(Dallas sweeps)
    Lakers @ Sacramento(Kings in 5)
    Portland @ Minnesota(T-Wolves in 4)

    2nd Round Match-Ups

    Minnesota @ San Antonio (T-Wolves in 6)
Kings @ Dallas (Kings in 7)

    West Final
Minnesota @ Kings (Kings in 6)

Did someone forget to tell you, the first round all games are 7 games not 5 this year.

Here's how I see the Lakers in their remaining schedule:

    14 Fri @ Minnesota L
    15 Sat @ Milwaukee W
    17 Mon @ L.A. Clippers W
    20 Thu @ Sacramento L
    21 Fri Boston W
    23 Sun @ San Antonio L
    25 Tues @ Atlanta W
    26 Wed @ Houston L
    28 Fri Washington L
    30 Sun @ Seattle W
    31 Mon Memphis W
    Apr 3 Thu @ Dallas L
    4 Fri @ Memphis L
    6 Sun Phoenix W
    8 Tue Dallas L
    10 Thu Sacramento L
    13 Sun @ Portland W
    15 Tue Denver W

Lakers go 9-9 for the rest of the season.

The top eight teams in each conference qualify for the playoffs. The division winner with the best record in each conference is seeded No. 1, the other division winner is seeded No. 2 and the remaining six teams are seeded Nos. 3 - 8 according to their won-lost records. (Home-court advantage in all playoff series is determined by better won-lost record, not higher seeding.)</b>

I'd like to jump on, but Kobe Bryant won't have it. He'll find a way to get into the playoffs.
