The singer, who has dated fellow pop star Robbie Williams, told Thursday's Sun that after the fling she quickly realised that she was not gay. "I had a little lesbian thing...," she said, adding the encounter with an unnamed woman had been "part of experimenting." She refused to pinpoint the date, but said" It was somewhere between the ages of 16 and 30. It was just a drunken moment." The singer also said she was not in a relationship at present. "I would like to be in a loving relationship but it has to be with someone who is trustworthy and kind and sweet -- and also my equal," she said. Halliwell, or Ginger Spice as she was known during her time with the band, left the Spice Girls in 1998 amid reports of bitter squabbling. The Spice Girls sold about 40 million albums and 25 million singles worldwide, notching up nine number one singles in the UK charts alone. The 30-year-old singer is currently hosting the U.S. television beauty and talent show "All American Girl."

The former Spice Girl, who has had a string of failed relationships with men, revealed she enjoyed a romp with another woman. In the frankest interview of her life she also admits she has not had sex for more than a month — and it has been a “while” since her last orgasm. Geri, who has dated CHRIS EVANS and ROBBIE WILLIAMS, admitted: “I had a little lesbian thing but I’m not saying anything about it, I’m not saying. “And I don’t think the girl was a real lesbian. I’m being honest. I’m not going to describe it. “That is as far as I’m going with it. You have to respect the boundaries. Since I was in the Spice Girls and moving around so much I missed out on a lot. So now I feel like I’m just entering puberty.” That might account for Geri’s further comments on sexual exploration and toys. When asked whether she used a vibrator, Geri said: “I don’t do that. I do lots of yoga. “I refuse to pleasure myself because I’d rather have the real thing. I think I’d rather just wait. “I do get horny, of course, but I just take lots of deep breaths.
