I'd like a coach that can not only coach but also communicate to the media and fans so that it doesn't sound like Horse*****. I'm not expecting Zen Master-like communication skills but every McHale post game or practice interview shows his contempt, disrespect and ineptness for the media and fans. Like it or not, its part of the coach's job now and I want a coach that doesn't speak horse***** all the time but rather can use the media as a tool to motivate his players and give insight to the fans.
Would be a great hire. Harden (or any player) wouldn't be able to get away with his matador defense. Plus I can pretend this is like Alexander apologizing for firing JVG.
