cap is all that matters. Lin is $8.3 million and Felton $3.6 million.

Trust me, Its much easier playing at home with less expectations against an old celtics team. Lin playing his first playoff game against a top 2 team with a top 3 PG with that crazy crowd in OKC is much more difficult. That being said, that performance was still pretty embarassing and he should bounce back tomorrow

Bingo! They didn't prefer Felton over Lin. They just didn't want to sign Lin to the larger contract. If rockets had stuck with the first number that the Knicks had publicly said that they would match, Lin would still be a knick today. Les pulled a fast one on Dolan and it was personal for him from that point on.

Not when your a 8th seed team that only had a 1.5 game advantage on the 9th seed team. we lose 1 extra game against Utah this year and we were out of the playoffs.

Of course, if we were in the east, we would have been the 5th seed with this record.

At the end of the day, Felton wouldn't have made game 1 any less of a ass whooping and Lin probably would have done well enough in game 1 against Boston . How Lin's contract is judged need to be taken over the course of 3 years, not 1 game.

Rondo would be eating Felton and Chandler up at the same time right about now.

lol fail thread. Comparing Felton playing against a bench pg as much better than Lin vs Lin playing against top 5 superstar pg. Tell Felton to play against CP3 and Westbrook and see what happens to his stats. Lin just needs to adapt, its not like he hasn't pulled off 20/8 against OKC so I'm believing last game will fuel Lin to play more aggressively and prove his doubters wrong. Plus you know its McHales fault they suck so much right?? When you set iso plays only and small ball and become selfish its pretty easy to defend.

Let's see how Lin does in Game 2 before making declarations. Felton has been a BONEHEAD for the Knicks many times over. Jacking up shots like crazy. You've only seen a small sample size. Felton is really a terrible player.
