John Wall who is shooting 3's at a lower % than Lin would have hit all those open 3's than Lin missed. John Wall who has the same exact FG% as Lin would have had a better FG% than Lin. John Wall who is doing all of this on a smaller sample is the GOAT PG. John Wall who has yet to play in the post season would have been calm & collected unlike Lin.

I rather lose big than lose small which gives them a false hope. Either they wake up, or be counted as another team the Thunder slays.

Just watched through 3 quarters and decided to check the score because there was no way we could make a comeback. Our body language was terrible, our effort was bad except for Beverley and Asik at times. The only good stretch we had was in the 2nd quarter with a small line up where Beverley made sure there was body and ball movement.

Our team seriously does not run any plays, except for some simple ones and that's even too hard for us..McHale seemed lost and clueless, no adjustments made, very poor rotation (played only 7 guys in 1st half, they played 11!). I'm not even going to comment on Lin & Harden's decision making, our terrible fast breaks, our non-committment to ball movement, the hesitance of Parsons & Lin to do anything, our constant reliance on Harden to do something etc.

Just a terrible, terrible game and in line with what I expected which is get blown out of the building. Let's hope the 2nd game we will not lose by 40..

We don't care about your Asian fetish numbnuts but at least it explains a little why you LOFs are so in love with an average player.

You're probably misunderstanding what he means because it happens all the time, usually several times per game for both teams.

Are you this dense? This is the NBA Playoffs, not a pissing contest on the neighborhood basketball court. LOL

Overall: Felt like we took all the wrong shots. Lin Jumpers. Greg Smith posting. Dribble threes. Nothing seemed to click. Terrible turnovers. We are a driving three point shooting team and City took it all away. Seems to come down to Oklahoma City more talented. Showed us where we need to be. Now we can start too revitalize our lineup and make adjustments we may have been afraid to make before. So this buttox whooping a good thing. I think being measured was important.

Lin: While Westbrook seemingly dominated Lin, I'm ok with losing matchups, as long as we win the others. And we didn't. Westbrook was great, but a good sign was that he was only 7-15 FG. So he didn't destroy Lin as much as it looked. That said, Lin looked terrible out there. Eye test was poor. Never seen him play dumber, but overall only 4 TO. Seemed like 20. clearly overmatched, clearly made it worse, but if Lin can just get back to his season avewrage I'm ok with that. This is clearly a bad matchup for him like Kenny Smith vs. Derek Harper. And yet, we know Lin can score on City, so there are some historic light bulbs to cringe at for hope.

Next Game: Lets see if we have some adjustments. But generally, don't think there is much we can do. They have athleticism and talent that we are not yet prepared to match. And I don't think they played their best game yet either.

I stil believe in my Rockets. No early fouls on Chandler and Omer,Lin will play better,
and if jones starts and not greg we can win the Game 2.We played a great Season we can be proud. And if we can get Josh Smith next year we will be very succesful.
( Sorry for my bad english,im from turkey) :D

What nonsense is this? He was having a breakout season and then injured his foot. He was our only player with a good mid-range AND 3-point shot. You bought into the story that he can't or won't rebound and yet most of that was because of the way they spread the offense + transition that makes rebounding harder for shorter PF like him.

Well so much for the Scott Brooks cant coach rumor, he had that team prepared to take away all our strengths, lets see if McHale can counter?

What bigger plan would that be? They play Lin off the ball on purpose even though he's the PG and it's his strength. Doesn't sound like an plan I'd to be part of if I were Lin. LOL

Lin played PG on the ball mostly last night and made terrible decisions withbthe ball,he is far too risky, this is the payoffs he cant make those high risk lazy passes, he us smarter than that.

I'm trying to figure out if you're really a LOF a LOH disguised as a LOF, a reverse troll or just a plain old troll... That's how pathetic the discussion has become in here.
