We ended up with the 8th seed for the same reason we're getting shellacked tonight: Our offense, when pressured, fell apart. It fell apart against the Lakers minus Kobe. That was a warning of the ugliness ahead vs OKC.

Are you serious? They don't double Lin because he's "dangerous". They double him because his ball handling is weak and he can't escape a trap. His passing is also head scratching most of the time.

Y'all just need to calm down, some of you are acting like we just got blown out in game 7 of the finals. It's only game 1 and for a lot of the guys, it's the first time they have ever seen playoff experience. I was frustrated with the way we played as well, but I expect them to be better on wed for game 2.

I don't know why some of you are acting like you're surprised by the way we got owned. OKC is arguably the best team in the West and we are clearly the 8th seed with a lot of learning to do. We are called the underdogs for a reason. So ppl need to quit jumping to conclusions and saying trade this guy, and bench that guy, and firing our coach. Stop getting so worked up over this loss and calm your asses down.

Sooooo many LOH here tonight. JLin isn't going to win any game by himself, this is a team game. Stop trolling around here.

The entire Rockets team members playing like turd and deserve to be swept.

To me the season ended when we completely tanked the end of the regular season. Was a good run, lets crush free agency and try to make it to the 2nd round or the WCF next yr. Should be a good off season.

Most of Chinese fans don't even support Lin. Kobe is the most popular player nd then Lebron. I have lived in Asia for along time.

I realised we had no chance after the meltdown to end the 2nd quarter. Was fuming at first which is why I created that knee jerk thread but I've finally come to the terms that OKC are simply better in every position.

Open your eyes buddy. Everybody sucked, but Lin stands out as the worst. For your second highest paid player, that's unacceptable.

Not sure why the bashing of any Houston player. There were a lot of mistakes to go around. It was expected. OKC is the worst team for Houston to play. It’s basically a team of seasoned soldiers from multiple battles in the field, fighting against a bunch of young graduates from cadet school, with the exception of Harden.

OKC’s all-around defense is just amazing. Ibaka was wreaking havoc on Houston. He is already the #1 blocker in the league, now his offense is superior than any of our 4s too. Houston is just outmatched on every position except SG. OKC’s bench is much more experienced too. Bringing on that 5 time champion to back up the bench was ideal.

There were more ISOs than team plays. Houston only had 12 assists and shot 5-25 on 3s before garbage time. Poor shooting all around, and even Harden only shot 6 – 19.

The loss to Phoenix is that much bigger.
