So... You are saying SA has a chance to get to the 2nd round as long as TMAC doesn't get off the bench?
Very classy, Houston payed him at leastv$100 million when he was hurt for much of his contract, then he comes out and disses us....nice, I hope we get the 7 seed and boo the hell out of him.
He 's so desperate to stick it to the Rox; he knows grabbing a ring by joining the MIA juggernaut would be too obvious, so he hooks onto the next closest 'sure thing:' Pop's steady Spurs. As gravy to maybe copping a ring, it could come by rolling/ going through H-Town, @ our expense, like a giant "Eff You" to the team who put up w/ his chit for so long before sending him far away, not unlike a ship full of rats
If he plays well,I will be happy for him. I haven't forgotten how he gave up on us,which was partly due to his injuries and premature surgery. I don't hold a grudge against him.
Lol, the Spurs release Stephen Jackson a clutch performer who's gone deep in the playoffs for multiple teams for this guy. Just more incentive to watch the Rockets eliminate San Antonio in the first round.
Jax played like **** this season and still had that complex where he thought he was better than Manu, Neal, and Leanord. his endless b****ing to pop about it was the nail in the coffin.
I understand the drama undercurrent, but how much playing time will he actually see? His last year in the league when he'd been with a team the whole year, he didn't see that much playing time. Now coming with less time with the Spurs is really going to play that much?
I think he might because you don't sign someone to 1 mil right before the playoffs unless you have a ton of injuries and expect him to play.
OH MY GOD. Caught between cheering T-Mac on so that he might return to the NBA as a veteran back up, and wanting to beat the Spurs. GOD DAMN DILEMMA !
Let's not forget this either: Chinese Basketball Association 2012-13 Awards: All-CBA Team: PG Stephon Marbury - USA SG Quincy Douby - USA SF Zhu Fangyu - China PF Zaid Abbas - Jordan C Yi Jianlian - China CBA Season MVP: Yi Jianlian - China CBA Finals MVP: Yi Jianlian - China No T-Mac to be found anywhere.
Tmac has moved on. A lot of you guys need to do the same...... He actually has game left. Played pretty well off the bench for Atlanta last year. Nice insurance move by the Spurs.
Wow he's not even THAT old. Only 33. if he is in shape and give some quality minutes off the bench, watch out for the spurs.
