Anyone know who's gonna be there if anyone? Because I heard in one of the earlier posts that the Rocks were supposed to be at one of these at some Jew Community Hall or something (no offense, don't know exactly what to call it) and they didn't show. Anyone know if this is scheduled? I'm supposed to be at school at 6:30 for ride in coach's van.

It is supposed to be at some Christian place I think. Don't know details. Coach just said it this morning at practice.

I spoke to the Rockets and they weren't sure about it because you weren't specific enough. If your coach knows about it, it probably is legit. Let me know.

Well, It was alright. It was at the Westside Tennis Club and Stevie came along with Laphonso Ellis, Cynthia Cooper, Turbo, Van Chancellor, and some radio announcer for the T-Wolves. I got Laphonso's autograph but Stevie didn't give autographs to anyone. Oh well.

Why Laphonso Ellis. he ain't no rocket nor has he got any knees. But I can still remember that block he did when he played for the Nugs, where he blocked someone and came down with the ball cupped in the his hands, so it was a combo block steal.

Of all the NBA players I've ever met and spoken to, LaPhonso Ellis was BY FAR the coolest and friendliest of them all. He was extremely personable and treated everyone as a total equal... Great guy...

Why Laphonso? Because he's in town since the Rocks take on T-Wolves tonight. He's on the T-Wolves now.

I think he still wants to be a Rocket.
