Espn.com: Marcus Camby helped the Knicks score two knockouts Monday afternoon -- the San Antonio Spurs and New York coach Jeff Van Gundy. Near the end of the Knicks' 104-82 victory at Madison Square Garden, Camby took a swing at Danny Ferry, only to miss and butt heads with his head coach, sending them both to the floor.
