    Has the league leader in free throw makes ever been the leader in percentage before? KD is nuts!

    Rick Barry almost did in '66-67 (1st in FTM, 2nd in FT%). I don't think anyone else has come close.

    Boggles my mind.:eek: You'd think his percentages would drop the more attempts he gets, but that's not the case. The only two years he's shot 90 were the only two years he's gotten more than 700 ft attempts. :eek::eek:

    he's one of those once in a decade time of players, another was Lebron. As a prospect I see nothing wrong with a team tanking to have gotten him. His work ethic/ceiling were apparent from day 1.

    Why would the percentages drop? More fts=easier to get into shooting rhythm. Even Kerr himself said his FT percentages were not the best because he rarely shot Fts to get into rhythm.

    With in-game shots percentages usually drop with attempts. (ex. Wilt Chamberlain shot .506 when he averaged 50 and .727 in his lowest scoring season)
    Maybe it's the inverse with free throws?

    Durant is the new NBA child...getting every call his way.

    except when he plays Lebron, thats why OKC will not beat miami this year, durant isnt getting no help from refs.

    Durant is not that nice, this guy seems like a punk now, must be hanging out with westbrook too much
