How many points did they combine for while on the court together? It was at least 12 in the third quarter alone I think.

Lin had 7 in the third and didn't Beverley have 6 when both on the court? I'm probably wrong but I think I'm close.

They played good together tonight, I like Lin being on the court when Harden is on the bench. I thought that was the plan earlier in year but Mchale got away from it, hopefully this is the way it will be into the playoffs.

Great game by Bev! Utterly impressed!

Whenever he was on court with either Harden or Lin, the energy level of the team went up by a notch. Everyone fed off of him. He played with hunger and was such a pest to opposition PG's.

The best way for that to happen is to start Beverley. But does McHale and/or Morey have the guts to do so?

Best long term strategy is to get Lin and Harden playing well together.

Why can't they do what they did last game? Play harden for entire 1st quarter, have lin start 2nd quarter with bev. Have harden play entire 3rd quarter, have lin start 4th quarter with bev.

Man, Beverley in that second half was unbelievable! I like how he was fired up towards the end.
Patrick Beverley is already going at playoff intensity.

If it wasn't for Beverley, who knows if Jermaine would've jumped for that ball, just a great basketball play!

Beverley is a fantastic player, but I think he's better suited off the bench than as a starter. He can't maintain that energy playing big minutes and after being scouted thoroughly. He is excellent at coming in when we need a shift in gear or a boost in energy, pestering opposition PG's and tiring them out by making them match his energy. I really like his role for this team right now.

At the moment, Lin is doing a decent job as the starter and I can't see us messing with that given Lin's slow but steady improvement over the course of the season. We're committed to Lin as a key piece on the team and he needs to continue developing his off-the-ball skills in order to be succesful playing with a better scorer than him. No team with Lin as top scorer is going to achieve much - and I think he recognizes the need to polish his overall game, despite his excellent drive and dish game.

Hopefully we can round out the PG position next year by adding someone that can play passable defense, shoot well from range, and be reasonable directing an offense.

Then we'd have all bases covered.

I hadn't heard this discussed much but you're absolutely right. O'Neal has been in the league forever. If Patrick doesn't crash the board for the last ditch tip O'Neal just lets that ball bounce away. But he saw Patrick flying in and it forced him to try and knock it away. He was just a bit early. Great play.

he's fast becoming my favorite player on the team. I absolutely love him. I don't think i've ever seen a player play with as much controlled and focused energy as he does. He must have the circulatory system of superman. He literally sticks to players like a waterbug glued to a lilly pad. i get tired watching him. and his reflexes, rebounding, and leaping ability are freakish. I mean ...the guy blocks shots for heaven's sake. He's an extremely rare and talented player.
