He should first try to become a one way player.

You are incredibly stupid. Read my post before and actually come up with a rebuttal with some substance.

We lost, I'm sure alot of people expected it. It's just that we had a pretty good rally in the 1st and still kept it competitive up to half-time that gave us wishful thinking that maybe just maybe we can steal this one. It didn't help that the Nuggets are very deep and on fire on this particular game.

I liked what I saw out of lin except that circus fail layup attempt. Harden really looked for him with the kickout passes because he looked aggressive. That's how lin needs to play.

they're easier in the playoffs than the regular season, because their opponents spend as much time in and out of the high altitude over the two weeks.

George Karl is a genius at matchups, and DEN's player versatility allows Karl to exploit weak links repeatedly. They broke the Rockets' back attacking Garcia, either directly or screening with his man. Garcia is just utterly and completely useless on defense at this point. When Garcia finally left the floor, TOs finished the Rockets off. DEN is the one team that you cannot "hide a player" on defense against, because they can exploit defensive weaknesses at every single position and they have a coach who will make them exploit those matchups repeatedly.

We should play a Nuggets type team every single game, they'll only get better! I really hate those Nuggets broadcasters, what kind of resources goes into their work?

I didn't watch tonight game due to being out of town but I'm surprised by the Dmo bashing. One game does not change my belief that he has elite post skills. Our offense does not utilize his strengths but hopefully next season we use his post game instead of having him be a 3pt shooter only

Iggy will be a very hot free agent commodity. The guy is a true point forward. He isn't an great scorer, but what he does is he makes everyone better on both ends of the floor.

He doesn't space himself right on the floor to be put in a position to do that. See how much Smith has changed the last couple of games even though Dmo is so much more gifted offensively?

Don't even get me started on D btw...

He isn't a bad offensive player, he is just a horrendous defensive player.

    This is silly.

So all you have to do is say "Harden is not the best player." and that makes it true?

You are right, Harden is not the best player for the Rockets every night. Sometimes it is Asik, sometimes it is Lin, sometimes it is Parsons...but you know what? Most nights it is Harden, that makes him the best player on the team because he's consistently the best player on the team.

Just like Durant is the best player on the Thunder because he's consistently better than Westbrook or Ibaka.

Good effort in the 1st qt. Got killed rest of the game because of the back to back at mile high altitude. It's BS how Denver get's sooooo many home games for back to back opponents. Anyhow, I can see everyone was gassed and Harden's offense tends to regress when guarded by elite defenders. I just wished I see more hustle from him...
Denver is way too athletic and their bench is deep. I do not want to see them on the playoffs. Imagine if Rockets have Manimal at PF. He and Asik would be beasting on the board. Make it happen Dork Elvis!!!

Alright then, tell me then, why you think Harden is the best player on the team. You've only mentioned that he is the best and not why.

Agree. He spots up on the 3 point line every time down instead of posting in the paint or midrange. He is just not a good % 3 pt. shooter. I don't like him standing and watching as a shot is put up and doesn't position for a rebound. Hiss passing is very poor. I'm not sure about the elite skills mentioned. Hope I'm wrong and eat crow but that's what I see.

Ironically, I thought Harden did very well on defense tonight, unfortunately his offense was off. We made our run when DEN switched from attacking Garcia to attacking Harden and failed miserably. Of course, Karl being Karl, he adjusted at the break and went back to attacking Garcia again and DEN came back very quickly. When Garcia finally was on the bench for good, TOs finished the Rockets off.

Harden is a top 5 scorer.

Just passed Moses Malone in FTM, already breaking a Rocket Record held by a rocket great in his first season.

Harden is among the elite players when it comes to points/assists/rebounds...right in the company of Durant, Melo, and Lebron.

Voted to the All-star gameby the coaches as a reserve over other Rocket players.

He also is top 10 in steals.

He's also #4 in win shares, only behind Lebron James, Kevin Durant, and Chris Paul

Are you seriously asking why the 5th best scorer in the league, and someone who averages, what, 6 assists per game, and is in the top 15 in steals, and who is absolutely a go-to player at the end of games, is considered the best player on the team?? Unf**king real.
