he was very good against the lakers, and was solid against utah, those are the only 2 games where he got some serious minutes. definitely not abysmal.

Give him some time at the 3 if you have to. I'd like to see him on the court.

TJones said in the interview today that he was glad to get the playing time with the Vipers after coming back from his injury. I really like the way the Rockets have used the Vipers to get our rookies some playing time. I'd like to see TJones get in the game tonight.

Vipers are off till Friday. Jones may be back down in the RGV by Friday or someone else may be sent down.

    Time for a Jones/Robinson combo in the line-up. :)

Wish he could get some playing time in place of Dmo or something. And not during rotation though, just during a blowout or whenever we clinch

I predict T Jones gets some playing time tonight since we're shorthanded.

Abysmal....really? He finishes strong at the rim...he rebounds and blocks shots... Does he miss some rotations??? yes but hell most of them are..... I think the worst thing about TJ right now is he perceived lack of motor/intensity and body language.... but hes not a rah rah type of guy so it gets labeled as lack of fire.... dude can ball...and that wins games...period.

Jones was the best at summer league and in preseason but was last on the pecking order. Tried to shop him for another pick.

Turns out, like his play has always indicated, that he's our best PF prospect all along.

    8 offensive rebounds tonight.
