This is the way that I would ralistically like for things to play out the next comming week...of course Phoniex has been red hot, and we just got by last night, but....

    Houtons Current Record 31-30

    Houston vs. Nets = L
    Houston vs. LAC = W
    Houston vs. Bulls = W

you know it wouldnt be possible to win 4 in a row.

Houstons Record going into Houston vs. Phoniex 33-31

    Phoniex Current Record 33-28

Phoniex vs. MIN = L if KG can take the Kings to OT at home...
    Phoniex @ GS = W
Phoniex vs. Kings = L No way

Phoniex Record going into Houston vs. Phoniex 34-30

Houston vs. Phoniex = W for Houston, we are tied for 8th seed again!!! GO ROCKETS!!!

Hehe, that would be good. But don't forget the GSW (although I think they're about to fall pretty badly).

Here's what they got before PHO vs HOU
Going in with a record of 30-30

    Bulls -W
    Bucks - L
    Pistons - L
    Phoenix - W/L
    Dallas - L

This would give them a record of 31-34 if they lose to the Suns, or 32-33 if they win. Basically either way they drop a bit lower. But GS is really getting together and they're getting scary. I'm thinking that they'll actually get a W against the Suns and possibly even the Bucks (giving them a record of 33-32). Damn it's close. :(

Every time I see this kind of prediction I know we're in big trouble. :( Please look back the previous predictions and see how many times our fans got it right. Probably None!

Dang I hope you're right, missing the playoffs with the talent that we have this year would be disgracefull.

    How so...?

The Suns are more worrisome than the Warriors, yes, but the Warriors are close and Rox are fighting to stave them off. Rox, Warrios, and Sun are all the same boat, with the Suns and Rox having a bit more of an advantage, but the Warriors are hot right now and seem to have developed some nice chemistry. I think we have a good reason to be scared of them too.

That Phoenix game will actually mean two games, because the tie-breaker will be at stake. If Phoenix wins, the series will be split 2-2, and they will probably end up winning the second tie-breaker, conference record.

the fact that we are so close to the Warriors in the race is more of a disgrace than a challenge.

Predicting the outcome of the rox game is like a box of chocolate. You never know what you are going to get.

How is it impossible that Phoenix beats Sacramento at AWA? They kicked King's ass last time they played and they owe Minnesota one big time and it is also the night Dan Majerle will be introduced into the ring of honor.

2nd of all Phoenix is 21-13 against +.500 teams and 11-15 angainst -.500 teams, so I would never count on them losing those games.

Phx like us is very unpredictable--and the bulk of games w/L lately by both teams have come down to a few plays. As carayip said, there really is no sense in predicting based on who we play or they play--it all comes down to how well each is playing on.

The game next sunday (if I recall) will be huge--a game plus the tiebreaker at stake. Phx is getting some people back and starting to play better, it may be our last hurrah to keep it close for a stretch.

How do you come up with No way? The Suns just came out and beat the hottest team in basketball 2 days ago. (The Spurs)

I think the Suns are playing with a lot of urgency lately and the Rockets arent. For Gods sake, do you honestly think the Rockets could beat the Spurs and Blazers on a back to back? No Way...

Look for the Suns to put up a fight against the Kings.

    Phoniex road record 11-20

The Suns will lose the next 3 out of the next 4, while we'll win 3 of the next 4 (all home for us).

Yao Ming will have a gigantic game against Phoenix, I guarantee it.
