If Cato is hurting as badly as he apparently is why isn't he on the IR with Collier activated?

Collier can eat some minutes and perhaps get a real 'last' chance.

This is not a knock on KC it is acknowledging his problems and getting a healthy body in.

heres a little theory of mine: If Cato was healthy, Rudy would of sat Yao on the bench more then half of the 4th quarter and brought him back in around his usual 5 or 6 minute mark and that little 4th quarter explosion by Yao would of never happen or it would of happen a little to late. when one considers it was such a tight game every little point we can get is so crucial. so my point is tonights game proves that Rudy needs to cut that **** out where he habitually subs Yao in at a certain time, especially in tight games in the fourth. we've lost a ton of close games, and the margin of error was so small, that Rudy cant afford to sit Yao out so damn long in the fourth. cmon Rudy your killing me with those habitual sub patterns, play the big guy 35, 40 minutes if you have to..its a freaking playoff stretch drive!

sorry to get to far off topic.

Yao was taken out early today in the 3rd quarter because of 4 fouls. I think that's why rudy let him to play the whole 4th quarter. Yao, Posey and taylor are the reason they win today. Posey proved today that he can play.

With New Jersey coming to town, rather than bring in COllier, I'd go to this rotation:

    Yao/MoT/Griff
    MoT/Griff/T-Mo
    Posey/Rice/T-Mo
    Mobley/Posey
    Francis/Moochie

Let MoT and Griff eat backup C minutes, so that they don't have to worry about their minutes. Get T-Mo a few minutes, he's been playing well.

I think this team can run better with NJ too, and their lack of depth at C means we can use MoT and Griff at C freely.

Cato is legally soft - officially. We have been through many down times with this guy through his stinct here. It is either his pinky, middle finger, ankle, headache, tooth ache, flu, butt ache and now thumb ache. Thank goodness we have Yao now who makes him look good by carrying virtually all the important wait in the middle. Cato should volunteer to wash Yao's Seqouia (sp) once a week until the end of this season as a show of gratitude.
