    MadMax. Yes. Many Threads...

But you're right. I don't want him next season.

On this board....most people don't want him back next season.

I don't know what Rudy thinks.

But hopefully Posey will not be starting tonight.

He can't shoot. He is very athletic...but can't shoot consistently. That's why I would like the Rockets to acquire a fairly big shooter and defender. That's all we need......

    Not Posey.

    I'll miss him.

given our GM's history, that 7 year, 50 million dollar contract is probably waiting to be signed as we speak...

    A-Train......by the way.

Remember you said that you would trade any startin power forward for either Eddie Griffin or Mo Taylor.

How about.........PEJA DROBJAYAK of the Seattle SuperSonics?!?

    Haha...

Anyways....they better not resign him. I HOPE THEY CAN SIGN JON BARRY!!!!!! Or Ron Artest!!! Heh....

    Or Eduardo Najera!!!

Or a Juaquin Hawkins who is about 2 inches taller and 50 pounds bigger and 5 times faster and who can shoot like Wesley Person.

Any chance of letting Posey walk and signing KT as a free agent?

Rudy said they traded for him to boost team defense, which it did. The problem is that he brings no offense. I would rather keep Posey as a backup SF who can come out and play D, start Boki for offense, and dump Rice for a young, healthy shooting guard. Posey is cheaper to keep than Rice anyways.

Or, we can just go back in time to 1962, kidnap Oscar Robertson, and bring him back to the future to play for us...The short shorts would have to go, though...

As for Drobnjak, I'm pretty sure he's listed at center and Radmanovich is listed at forward, but those guys are putting up similar numbers making a fraction of what Taylor is making...

Isn't Hawkings and Posey both 6-7? Hawkins also seems thinner than Posey.

Any chance of letting Posey walk, signing KT and trading Eddie for Richard Jefferson?

Suppose the Rockets sign-and-trade Posey for Kenny Thomas? Has something like that ever happened: a guy was traded and then gets traded back for the player that he was traded for.

Posey isn't your "prototypical" Rockets small forward. We need someone who can hit a 3 & spread the defense.

Technically, KT was not traded for Posey. The 76ers have no interest in Posey; otherwise, they would have just traded for him. They wanted Kenny.

Rudy wanted Kenny, too, but Eddie was losing confidence with a better PF around, and Mo is untradeable, and KT had no patience for those irrelevant reasons to not start. *sigh* and Eddie is still losing confidence, Posey's energy is fleeting, and Mo is still untradeable, while Kenny's return to the starting lineup from a 6 game injury coincided directly with the 9 game winning streak based on Larry Brown fielding good ole Sixers defense.

    sigh

    We killed Kenny!!

I miss Kenny. He was one of my favorite Rockets last year. Dude was money and had good moves to the basket.

Where can you find the Free Agent class of 2003? I checked Real GM, but their list was all scrubs or has beens...........
