I honestly think it's time for Jeremy to get boss. Time to shed this whole "development" thing and take it in his own hands on the court. Drive if you like, Shoot if you like, pass if you like, steal if you like, shoot 3s if you like. Just make sure you win.

How much longer are you going to sacrifice yourself. The system is built so you "give it to the man" (in a positive way).
