ROFL. We should compile a list of moronic posters in this forum. The new members need it when they are choosing their username. LOL

Random Fan, you're a racist piece of ****. Lin has tons of non-Asian fans from his run during linsanity.

No one is saying Lin is gonna be the next Chris Paul. But he is definitely a above average point guard with lots of upside like everyone else is saying.

First of all, Tiger Woods is partly Black. He himself referred to himself as Cablasian. This works to his advantage because many races like him because he is multi-racial.

Yeah, I agree. I crack up when people equate his academic accomplishments to basketball IQ. Not saying Lin does not have the basketball IQ.

Two things that I have seen Lin do really well:

    1. He really is super quick in transition plays.

    2. His bomb passes are really accurate. I have never seen so many easy points from those passes.

If you believe that, don't know what to say. Lin already went from a scrub to a solid starting NBA PG in less than 2 years. That's what Blacks thought of Larry Bird for long time.

Larry bird was a Naismith award winner and the no 6 pick in the draft.

We have Jeremy Lin and I happy with his performance. However Lin only Fans want to try to put down every other player just to make him look good.

Perhaps you can be fair with your comments too. You just generalized so many people with your tired statement. How about you just do some homework and find out which people put down other players and name them, instead of lumping everyone together? And what was the point of your last sentence anyway? To start something?

It's very telling that you didn't balance your comment by mentioning some random fan who puts Lin down to make every other player in the NBA look good.

    Tiger Woods is Black, period.

How do I know? Let's pretend that Tiger Woods killed 5 police officers in a drug bust.

Would FOX News be referring to him as "multi-racial" or a "Cablasian"?

Only when part-Black people become successful do they "ascend" to multi-racial status.

In America, the rule has always been: If you look Black, you are Black. And sometimes, you don't even have to look all that Black to be treated like a Black. Just look at Homer Plessy in Plessy v. Ferguson.

You don't seem to understand how race works, and has worked, in America.

There's a reason why nobody seriously questions the validity of Obama's label as America's first Black president, even though his mother was White and he was raised by his White grandparents.

    Very righteous, *clap* *clap* *clap*...

Saying that some fans had underestimated Larry Bird is the same as putting him down in your mind?

Either you have serious reading comprehension problem or you must have something wrong between your ears.

And, like someone has said, waiting until now to put down the Lin fans after without saying one single word about what Random Fan has done proves you are very very righteous, up to the point that you are hypocritically righteous.

You are the definition of a hypocrite in my book.

Tiger Woods is multiracial but perceived as black. Is that what you're trying to say?
