    It's tough to judge a DB on "production" because a lot of his worth is not being thrown at or run at.

    I'm always suspect of a DB with a lot of tackles. That just means his man is catching a lot of balls.

    Best part of this signing?

    I don't have to read another six page thread of whiny armchair GM's making snide 'battlefighting' jokes.

    Other than that, Reed is like a slightly more subtle Ray Lewis w/o the murder charges. He will significantly impact the culture.

    I can't find confirmed numbers on Reed's contract (for the poll question) ... anyone got the final word on that?

    i don't think it's public yet. Only thing that has been publicaly stated is that it's a two year deal with $7 mil guaranteed.
