I have absolutely zero respect for players who are out there with a malicious intent. Bowen was a good defender but he used dirty tactics to gain an extra edge over the players he was guarding, and at time you could not deny that his intention was to hurt others. Wish he had played in the 80s. He would have had his face rearranged by someone back then. Popvich and the Spurs rode his dirty tactics aka "defense" to get mental edge over other teams best wing players. I also blame the league for not fining him and the Spurs. Maybe if other teams started giving Spurs players the same treatment as a retaliation, league would have had to take some action.

make no mistake...there are coaches who not only support this crap but insist that their players do it. Popovich and Jerry Sloan are the worst coaches in the history of the league. I hate them with a passion. Don't even start with me! As the legendary cfnet admin Brian Kagy once said..."Popovich can stick a fork in his pot field face!"
