    can't believe we won this game, it's more like GS lost it with bad executions. i like Lin, but he made some boneheaded decisions down the stretch at 4th, driving in traffic, can't find open man and shot fade away jumpers and missed. for a moment, i thought he was trying to shoot himself to get benched. Harden had a terrible night, i say he needs to take care of his knee, and we need him in the playoff. last but not least, McHale always say he's riding the hot hand, if so draw some plays for Parsons, he couldn't miss tonight and neither Lin or Harden were looking for him except that one bucket in 4th.... very disappointed.

    Yes, I did... or said I expected this to be one they would lose (and Lakers win) and not to panic because of it. This exceeded my expectations.

    One thing about the Rockets is they don't roll over. There are stretches in a game (like the second quarter when GSW went up 13, or their 11-0 run in the third) where it looks like they're toast, and they knock down a few threes and it's a tie game in no time. It's truly amazing.

    And they hit 15 threes tonight like it was nothing. The regular season franchise record coming into the year was 17 and they flirt with that number every night it seems.

    Parsons was awesome, but I look at Chandler as a guy who takes the shots the offense creates for him rather than a guy you clear out and let him make things happen. I think Golden State adjusted some there.

    Lin looked a little nervous in the 4th.. Maybe mcfail told him if you lose this game you can write your name on the end of the bench.

    I thoroughly enjoyed this game. The only negative was that I was hoping to see an AB sighting besides a shot of him on the bench.

    To be honest, at some point of our games, if I am the coach, I'd feel like to take some of our starters out too.

    It is just totally frustrating that:
    1. totally lost man on D end, both Harden and Lin have a tendency to look at ball handler and forgot their guys on defense;
    2. un-inspirational on the O end, no one is doing pick/cut/running/ball-movement, nothing, dead in the water;
    3. missing layups.

    Shouldn't happen to a playoff team, but I take those as this team being young and inexperience.

    bad execution is just a different way of saying good defense

    with the Mchale coach as you go approach, I wont be surprise if asik and Lin is bench next game. Don't really know what to expect game to game.

    He tried to force the play too much, namely that contested airball layup, the TO to Garcia at the wing, and that fade away jumper was equally bad. He needs to do better than that.

    Right on. Not to mention You don't want to settle for jumpers in crunch time, the highest percentage play is to drive to the basket and score or try to get the foul. Which both Lin and harden did.

    yeah, i love asik, but he still needs to work on finishing stronger and dunk it.
    those butter-finger-rolls around the rim aren't going to cut it.
    and jesus, those free throws.

    he'll get better. they all will.
    happy for the win.
