If I didn't know better I'd be somewhat excited about him.

But alas, he's my anathema and only time will change that.

Am I the only one seeing a little Charles Barkley in his game? The ball handling and the way he uses his body to rebound reminds me of Chuck. Better passer, but less explosive getting off the floor and thus at the moment a terrible finisher around the rim. He definitely needs to work on that and if he learns how to finish, watch out because he can definitely get in there amongst the trees anytime he wants to, but scoring over them is problematic at the moment.

Sucks that he can't score better at the moment. Lots of NBA guys go down and put up a ton of points, but on the other hand, he is showing that he can handle the ball, pass, rebound, and defend. If he learns how to make layups things could get very interesting. His all around game is right there.

He also isnt a score first kind of player, at least in college he spent much of the time trying to get open looks for his teammates.

He has problems finishing with contact. He's still a ways to go.

It's too bad Adelman left, Royce seems like the perfect fit for his style.

Thank you Crab. Didn't have time to watch the game, so I was hoping you would post his highlights again. :D

Honestly he may have scored a bunch of points but he still looks terrible. He is nowhere near athletic enough to get away with that style of play in the NBA.

He has a LOT of problems when the defender has length on him. It's going to take him a long time to get in the type of shape he needs to be in to even hold a roster spot on a decent NBA team. I don't know if his lack of size, athleticism, and skill set will ever translate to the modern NBA game.

Somewhat the same body, but Chuckles could get another foot of air and was one of the better rebounders of his day. He really wanted that ball. But they do both hold space in the paint in a similar manner. White has better handles, but Chuck the better outside shot.

He looks fat, slow, and has a poor motor. He does have some skills though. He's like the opposite of Thomas Robinson.

I have no idea why, but he reminds me of Bonzi Wells when he came to Houston.

Man, I don't understand why is Morey so high on this guy. Be better be the second coming of Charles Barkley or Lebron, or else what a waste of pick and time.

Rafer Alston should teach him how to finish around the basket.

He dribbles better than the big guy guarding him. Other than that he looks out-of-shape, unathletic, and unmotivated. His assists do not seem to be based on knowing how a play will unfold, but are just the "hey that dude is open" variety. Not impressed.

he can't finish worth sh#t, but damn does he have unique talent and skill-set. if this guy just put his head down and focused on becoming a great basketball player ...he'd be one.

His dribbling and passing talents will be rendered useless if he doesn't find a consistent way to score. He has a bit of a ways to go, but looks to have improved his ft shooting.
