Ok night started off as I picked her up from her place. I had already called ahead to Changs and put our name on the list, which was already at 45 minutes. She invited me in for a glass of wine and then we hit Changs about 30 minutes after. Nice apartment.... keeps it clean.... good style, etc..... Dinner was AWESOME! PF Changs has som dayum good grub. We ordered the lettuce wraps as an appetizer (thanks for the great suggestion FD Khan). Hell I wanted to eat those things as my main meal! For the main dish, I got the mongolian beef and she had some honey glazed shrimp thing. Both were wonderful. For desert, as suggested by Pole we got the Great Wall of Chocolate. Holy crap that is one BIG piece of cake! But it was fabulous. After about 6 cocktails between us both (yeah we were hitting the sauce....) the tab ran about $65. Not too bad for a good meal. I think the drinks were about $6 a piece... Conversation went really well. She is a laid back girl and I was making her laugh which is always a good thing. I told her some stories from work, and the conversation was never awkward. After Changs, we headed to some bar called Lizards or something like that near River Oaks. It felt like I was having a beer at a friends house or something. Cool place. We chilled on a couch and talked it up some more, mainly about music and long term career plans..... After the bar, hell it was 12:45 by the time we left, we headed back to her place (dont get any wild ideas here). I dropped her off, gave her a goodbye kiss (which she initiated I might add) and I headed home. All in all I would say we had a great time. Probably one of the best dates I have had in a long while..... I wasnt too keen on the fact that she is a smoker, but I guess we all have our faults. Doesnt bother me, unless of course Im going to get lung cancer from the second hand smoke.

Way to go. All you need to do is keep up the act for another two years . Then you can be a guy again, maybe.

Awesome Drewdog!!!! Have you ever smoked? What does she smoke? RM95's Girl and I used to smoke, just nothing too heavy-Marlboro Lights. Everyonce in a while, we'll be hanging out with someone who smokes those, and we'll want the other one to take a drag...that's how much we miss it. I'm just happy it makes me sick everytime I try to smoke now or else, I'd be a smoker.
For desert you went with the suggestion of Pole...and she accepted? I have got to give that one a try!
