Whether you agree with his decisions or not McHale was clearly pissed during this game, especially near the end. He gives jerkass interviews, but I don't believe the "McFail doesn't care" angle. I'm sure he ripped into the team in the locker room. Motiejunas having a bad game was a major issue between these 2 Dallas matches.

This guy is a f-ing ****....can't coach, and do interviews......what is the deal with him sticking his finger in his ear? He does this **** all the time! Ive never seen any other coaches do this...Too much ear wax? Is that why he can't coach? I don't care if you like Lin or not, but its clear that McAss doesn't like Lin. Maybe he doesn't even like Asik! Why put him in in the last few seconds, for what?

Because Les is a lot smarter than McHale, and cut that cheque for Lin to start.

But yes, the 4th quarter does seem to be Beverly's to lose. It's almost like the Lowry/Calderon problem they had in Toronto, where it's clear Ownership and the Coaching staff have 2 differing opinions on which PG to go with.

It's not an uncommon problem, and it's clear that is what is happening here.

Mchale's postgame interview made me 10 times angrier.
The Rockets need a coach who can take responsibility.

I like the way he coaches he keeps real and tells it how it is you either play 100% effort and energy and impact the game in a good way or you dont simple as that

McHale's dumb decisions are making all people lose faith in him, even Jason Friedman was saying in his twitter that he didn't understand McHale's substitution. I wonder how Morey feels about McHale's decision tonight. :p

this ain't the first time both lin and asik didn't play majority of the 4th quarter....and especially lin, but I'm sure people will be happy as long as McFail keeps beverly out there to give the team a shot to win, but not actually winning the game at the end, just a chance to win because that's what every team plays for.

He cares if he loses his job but he doesn't care that he makes bonehead moves as a coach. He's stubborn and hate certain players.

Lin and Asik are quiet and don't complain about their minutes.

You know Lowry would rip him a new one.

Mchale just hates some players even if they are good like Lowry.

Dallas went small because Brendan Haywood is a scrub who couldn't defend potato chips from a fryer.

Thank you for 'adjusting' to that line-up instead of exploiting it, McHale.

Dmo didn't have a bad game he only played 16 minutes. He missed a few shots but with some more playing time he may have done better he was one shot under shooting 50%.

The fact that Lin rarely starts the 4th quarter leads me to believe that Mchale doesn't trust him down the stretch. It seems as if the 4th quarter is Beverley's to lose; if he's playing at least decently then he'd rather have him out there than Lin.
