He's been a disappointer...Played great basketball for two years at Maryland. He played center at college, power forward in his rookie campaign, and has seen time at small forward. He had an awesome rookie year, scoring the big numbers, rebounding, and blocking shots. The next year for Smith was terrible, and he publicly complained that he was playing out of position at power forward, and that he was a small forward. He tried to prove his point by staying on the perimeter, shooting jump shots and driving with the ball. His stats did improve, but the Warriors record did not, and Smith was trade bait. Has the body and skills to be the best power forward in the Game, I'm not sure he wants to be. Maybe he wants to be a Small Forward for the Rockets. ------------------ humble, but hungry. I'm sure that Smith has been waiting his whole career just to get the chance to shine at SF for the rockets ------------------
