Mad About You [Awesome cast, Prototype to Friends (along with Seinfeld and Saved by the Bell), though Reiser ran out of steam creatively, never got a good writing staff and NBC screwed up with the time slots] That 70s Show (Didn't use anachronisms as a crutch, had a deep young cast and developed into the last prime-time Big-4 teen sitcom in history) Becker Cybil (Liked the Baranski character who was a pre-cursor to Karen Walker on Will and Grace, plus Alicia Witt was hot) Just Shoot Me (Great comebacks for George Segal and Wendie Malick) Dharma And Greg (Got a kick out of seeing Rachins and the Falcon Crest/Aspirin lady, and Jenna Elfman was smoking hot back then) Naked Truth (Thought Tea Leoni and her voice were hot as heck) Two Girls, A Guy and a Pizza Place (Really great re-tool and supporting cast in retrospect, and I think everyone knew Reynolds was going to pop) Single Guy (Liked Seinfeld and thought it was a nice "appetizer," plus D'Abo was cute)

Sorry, but whatever the talent level, the black WB shows were complete and utter garbage. No production values of any kind and about 20 years behind in terms of story telling. Wouldn't say the same for UPN because I think they were a little less ambitious and more willing to promote and fund Moesha, Girlfriends et al. It was mean-spirited of the WB to isolate them to a single night and never give them any new promos once Dawson, Buffy and 7th Heaven hit, but they wouldn't have made any money and probably would have lost viewers in the long run. The only positive that came out of them is I think basic cable and some of the Nickelodeon / ABC Family type networks make slightly more diverse live-action comedies now.

NOT A SITCOM, sir. Spoiler She was hot. My fapless days are over now that you reminded me of Loonette again... thanks a lot, sir. Yeah, I "used" the show a couple of times, too, back in the day, and I shall "use" it again soon... DAMN YOU.
Always enjoyed Friends. Still watch a bit of Married with Children each morning while getting ready for work. Fresh Prince of course. And 3rd Rock from the Sun was great too.
Holy bleep...I always thought That 70s Show was in the 2000s...just googled and it started in 1998! Damn I feel old lol Put that on my list too
I used to dig the early seasons of Friends, but I caught a few eps recently and it's aged terribly. Anyone else agree? 90s faves were Seinfeld (started with the re-runs in the laste 90s) and the earlier incarnations of TGIF. Favorite TGIF lineup: Family Matters Boy Meets World Step by Step Hangin' with Mr. Cooper
Seinfeld and Friends will, and should always be #1 and #2 on any list. Others I enjoyed watching... Roseanne Married With Children The Wonder Years Wings Coach
The Simpsons Fresh Prince Friends King of the Hill (started in 1997) Married w/ Children Fraiser Newsradio Wings
A B C All Bad Creations Spoiler (referencing more badly aged 90s) <iframe width="420" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/Eq_-DZBZOWc" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
When I was a kid in the early '90s we didn't even have a TV. I spent most of my time of the playground. I remember playing basketball with friends after school. Once some bullies came by and started a ruckus. They punched me around and it scared the crap out of my mom. After that I had to move to California to live with my aunt and uncle, in Bel Air. I whistled for a cab and when it came near the license plate said "FRESH" and it had dice in the mirror. If anything I can say is that this cab was rare, but I thought 'Man forget it' - 'Yo home to Bel-Air'. I pulled up to the house about seven or eight and I yelled to the cabbie 'Yo homes smell ya later' I looked at my kingdom, I was finally there, to sit on my throne as the Prince of Bel Air. Then once I had a TV I realized that Seinfeld was the best sitcom in the '90s.
