UH Main Campus on Lockdown

    HOUSTON -

    There has been a report of a gunman on the University of Houston's main campus.

    The university sent out an emergency text alert shortly after noon Tuesday that warned students that an armed man was spotted near Hoffman and Agnes Arnold halls.

    The gunman was described as an Asian man wearing a white T-shirt and jeans.

    University officials said the campus was locked down while police search for the man.

    You are being an idiot. UH already announced it's all clear, and what really happened - a guy with an inventory scanner.

    Cant tell people to be careful of things that do not or never existed.

    I'm saying that when I first heard I sent him a message saying what I knew at the time. Then when I heard he had a scanner told him false alarm.
