    Yeah, that could work

It would be like the 3 headed Monster during the Bulls run of Purdue, Longly, Wennington. Aggregately at Cetner, they were getting like 20 points, 20 rebounds and 14 fouls! haha

We sort of had a tandem early on during the early years of Scola/Landry

Well ahead of Howard in both total rebounds and rebounding rate. Howard is winning by virtue of minutes per game (but seven fewer games.)

That's correct assuming Howard's rate stays the same. In the last 10 Howard is averaging 12.3.

Pretty unlikely Asik can catch Howard.

Asik seems super consistent with rebs. Seems to always get at least 10. Howard seems a bit more streaky and inconsistent with rebs this year

Now that both Patterson and Morris are gone, Asik will have to box out his own teammates to get enough rebounds to pass Dwight.

Not a chance now that the Rockets will be blowing teams out by 30 at the end of 3rd.

I hope he doesn't win MIP. If he does, trade him immediately.

when was the last time the rebounding champ had less than 12 rpg? Love and Varejao are out. Howard is underperforming and Bynum has yet to play. Zach Randolph, Noah and Tyson Chandler might pass Asik as well.

Asik needs to have 0.6 rpg more than Howard in the remaining games in order to surpass him. Definitely possible.

MIP is bad luck to us. Remember Aaron Brooks? Then injuries ruined him after he won MIP. If Asik wins, we should trade him before injuries happen to him.
