Lakers with their $100m payroll are finally at .500. Time to celebrate.

On another note, the Rockets have to stay away from Josh Smith. The guy sucks and is on record for saying he is expecting the max. He just looks good on occasions due to a lack of talented bigs today, but he still isn't the answer -- especially for his price.

It doesn't matter if Ibaka plays or not. The Lakers are going to get killed on Tuesday. They can barely hang with mediocre teams @Staples under the "kobe system" (aka kobe shoots it every time when there is glory to be had)

Why shouldn't it? Isn't that shot considered a punch? And hitting with a punch results in a 1 game suspension.

is al horford on aldridge level?

i also really like hawks' plays the last 3 mins

layups after layups. last play should have been horford instead of smith but horford did miss an easy layup

I think Horford is just a shade under LMA level. Nothing wrong with that though

Smith blowing the layup aside, did anyone else notice that it was Kobe's defensive assignment to cover Smith and he completely choked?

At least that's what I thought I noticed on the last look at the replay. Good thing for him Smith has butterfingers.
