How much does Kobe pay to be on his PR team?

For me, the problem with Kobe is that he isn't known for doing more with less, making his teammates better, dominating all-around, etc. Volume scoring and hitting turn-around 3-pointers isn't what makes a player amazing. Kwame Brown and Smush Parker sucks, but he also had Lamar Odom (and Caron Butler?). Besides, he put himself in that situation and then demanded out.

Basically, the problem is he isn't on par with LeBron James or even close. In spite of their injuries, if you put CP3, KD, or LBJ on that Lakers team, it's hard to imagine them not winning at least 55 wins.

How you gon have 100mill payroll and might miss playoffs?

I think that ranks right behind Harrison Barnes over Pekovic as dunk of the year

Naw. Howard was behind/side of him and missed the shotblock from the back. Pekovic got dunked on.
