So you wouldn't try to match up against the other team on a final defensive position? Even though they're playing 4 perimeter guys, you'd put in two bigs with limited mobility on the perimeter?
This was completely Jeremy's fault, he shut down Jennings so the ball went to Ellis..... Horrible judgement Jeremy we are trying to win!
Good lord. If Parsons had been playing an ounce of defense on Ellis that last possession it would have been a 30 footer with a hand in his face instead of a wide open 27 footer. Play 47 minutes 58 seconds and get lazy the last 2 seconds. Oh well...Parsons had a rough night. He's been playing well for us. Bad loss but move on. It could be worse...we could be the Lakers.
McFail need to get inside the locker room quick and look himself in the mirror. This game would have been a blow out had he leave the starters in while they were playing well w/ 4 or 5mins to go in the 1st. 4-5MINS in the 1st quarter and they're schooling the Bucks up by 18pts...why the **** you need to defuse the fire...are you an idiot. GODdamm...i hate this ****ing coach decision.
Grizzlies are going to beat the Mavs and Atlanta is leading Utah by 15 in the 3rd. GW and NY have a close game but it doesnt matter since we're not catching GS with the way the Rox have been playing.
I want to see the replay of that last possession. HOW DID WE NOT GRAB 1 OF THOSE REBOUNDS? This happens too damn much with the Rockets. Parsons sucks at free throws.
they DID. TROB is a rebounding forward and sucked (not really his fault). DMO had 3 offensive rebounds and 6 or 7 for the game. not bad. Asik had a season high in rebounds. not a lack of front court rebounding. situational maybe at the end
Parsons missed free throws, Parsons TO @ 3pt in Corner, James blocked breakaway layup *on bad knee* = Reasons we lost game in final minute
C'mon. That shot was a lucky shot. It even did a spin and eventually went in. And you don't want to be so close to him and up in his face to where you foul them and let Ellis seal the deal with free throws. Parsons played that correct. He contested it as much as he could without fouling him.
Should of took harden out and put Dmo in, switched Lin or delfino with beverley. Better chance of getting the rebound with Dmo and would of had been better defensively with beverley replacing semi injured harden who's limping around.
Agree, Parsons handled the ball too much tonight and turn the ball over 5 times, too many. He's not a PG and should not play one.
Lost to a team who can barely hold .500 records in the weak eastern conf. and to a team who played the back-to-back game on the road game while we had 4 days off (!), it's hard to forgive our guys for letting this one go. From now on, easy schedule means nothing for us. Getting to the playoffs is still very much a question mark.
