yo, just did this, went to checkout, (checkedout already too), but there was nothing showing that my credit was added to the order. i followed your steps, and i thought it was going to be added after clicking place order, but my card still got charged, and is now processing. was your credit applied at checkout?
Did you wait for the credit to be applied to your account before placing an order? It can take some time for the credit to show on your account. It will also ask you to type in how much of your total credit you want to use for that order. If you checked out and paid and the screen never showed a $10 credit, and instead it showed the $10, then your credit card will be charged. You should cancel the order and try again.
Got to the claim the $10 credit. Went to add the GQ magazine but the credit wouldn't apply to it. I guess it only works on selected items?
After you place it in your cart, you will see.. "Please choose how much credit you want to apply to this order." Type in 9.60 and then go on with the checkout. It should apply credit to it.
called this morning, they were able to cancel my order. but, GQ sale is over, so i still have free $10. thx for the post though ZBOY
