Sorry that this is an ambiguous thread but I was wondering what yall though the following item would be worth? Or make an offer if you wish.

4ft diameter marble Rockets logo from someone that was building a hotel but went out of business. Back is corrugated aluminum for strength.

Marble Inlay Medallion 48in diameter. Customized to reflect Houston Rockets. I work with natural stone for a living, to be honest the medallion is VERY SPECIFIC for taste (this I know is why you are posting it on here). Only a die hard rockets fan would want it (otherwise it might kill resale value if installed in a home).

As a retail pricing brand new (I highly doubt this is an official Houston Rockets Marble Medallion, must be custom) would be around $750-$800. This is neither brand new nor sellable at retail price. I'd put a good asking price (for your sake) at about $250 on this site.

Again, this is a very specific taste inlay. Very hard resale, and it's not like once you buy it you can use it right away. This thing would need to be installed into the floor/wall which requires either a lot of labor or $ for labor (demolition, prep, install, seal). This is my opinion on it. If you still have it in a couple months, I might make you an offer. Hope this helps!

I know I've seen this item for sale on Craigslist before. Did you buy it there, were you the guy trying to sell it, or neither? Can't remember what it was listed at on there

Yeah, this seems like a little detail that should probably be cleared up.

Jesus was a carpenter not a stone mason. It'll cost several hundred dollars to grind and polish that out.

It only costs like 50 bucks to legally change your name to John Smith at the downtown courthouse.

Do a Facebook search for John Smiths in Houston, or pull out a phone book.

You just might be in your way to getting a full asking price.
