Because Scola made a face that was perfect for the "he look ok" situation. Delfino's faces are completely different, even though they are hilarious

    And Tyreke 1st year > Kobe's 1st/2nd year

    What's your point

No it's not. It's not at all.

Almost every player that emerges as a star is at least an impact player their rookie season. Most stars are either rookie of the year or at least a contender.

The majority of the exceptions to this were players who came straight out of high school. But even then, Kobe and Garnett were contributors in their first season. Lebron put up star numbers.

And I would be shocked if Nash isn't literally the only MVP in the history of the NBA who wasn't essentially a star player during their rookie campaign.

Interesting. So if he scores an xtra bucket a game and dishea one more assist, hed be 16.5 and 7.7 to go with almost 2 stls. That's a small notch beneath all star numbers

And if he scores 2 extra buckets and dishes 2 more assists, he'd be 18.5 and 8.7!

The good thing about Lin is that he seems to have learned to play with harden. They are playing much better together now. Those two sure make a great backcourt and make this team a lot more interesting. It's crazy to think they are still young and can improve

Does wanting to wait and see before I pass on Lin make me a LOF? our beloved darrel morray is banking on the fact that he will become an allstar type player and produce allstar numbers. Does that make DM a LOF? and would he fall into the LOFH?

if you cant see my point I feel sorry for you.

Tyreke, remember plays for the Kings do you know whats going on there?

    Tyreke can still be amazing.

As for Kobe, he was never going to be great. He made himself great, one of the best basketball players ever to play the game. he challenged and trained harder then any player ever imo. "hard work beats talent, when talent doesnt work hard" thats the definition of Kobe Bryant.

can you imagine if lin took as many shots as some of these other "point guards", he'd be scoring 19 points!

To me though, A good point guard shouldn't take more than 13 shots as long as he is keeping the flow of the game sharp. He also needs to flail his arms and scream at the first sign of contact so he can go to the line 2 more times.

DM is the GM, he wants all his starters to produce all star numbers lol.

No that does not, a LOF is someone that is ONLY here for Lin; don't really support the rockets and they will leave the far base if Lin gets moved (example is earlier in the season some people wanted to trade Lin to the lakers just because they thought it would improve his career even though Gasol was declining and getting injured). The term LOF has been used incorrectly here a lot.
Let's not turn this thread into a lin argument
