Anyone remember when Steve got in trouble with the law last year?

    Did Leno really make fun of him? I think he said "Steve Francis, Houston Rockets guard got pulled over by the Houston police. You know how they knew he was drunk? He tried to bribe the officer with Rocket playoff tickets. That's when the officer said "alright, you've had enough."'

    Anyone remember?
