Sorry, I stated my point poorly. I think Houston's approach to rookies and development is just fine. Sacramento may do a poor job, or maybe it's who they are developing, I don't know much about them except the results on the court.

The NBA fact I'm talking about is the fact that Robinson has been TERRIBLE finishing in the paint. I think the idea that "great development" can fix a guy who finishes like Toney Douglas is questionable.

Cowherd is terrible. You guys think Skip is a troll? Cowherd is Skip on steroids pretty much, just says outlandish and stupid things.

 

Does a player who's "not a superstar" drop 46 on the second best team IN THE LEAGUE on 19 shots, and carrying the team to victory after losing 4 players?

I know, man. This Colin clown drives me nuts. I never listen to that moron. But today I listen because of the trade dead line and I wanted to hear what moves are going on. And he was just trash talking about Harden, Lin and other players. It pissed me off so bad I had to come here and break the news.

 

Point is, lots of people say we're good at development, we're bad at development, the Kings are bad, etc. it's just talk.

Bottom line is Robinson has played really bad so far. That's fact.

I like Cowherd more than most, but it's important to realize before listening to him that he's the other troll ESPN has. Most of the things he says are against popular opinion.

 

Yes. He's full of junk. He uses Circular Reasoning instead of logic in all of his arguments.

He also pronounces 'always' as 'alwus'.

If you listen to his show a lot, he will inevitably contradict one of his opinions and then back up that contradiction with more circular reasoning.

 

Spurs are definitely the best. They don't seem to develop players using the Dleague though and seem to opt for rather giving the players NBA experience.

The fact is, Robinson has played terrible on offense. To say our development will turn him around is just hope and speculation at this point.
