Can someone stop complaining about how bad this team is for a second and explain exactly why Ming has only 1 shot attempt and 2 rebounds? How many touches has he had? Who's defending him?

I know they hate passing him the ball and everything, but TWO rebounds?

 

Yeah Yao get upset go over and smack those selfish knuckleheads for not getting you the ball when you are opened.

What happened to Cato?
We were such poor rebouding team without him.

 

Coach Rudy is no coach............these players are lost. Why was Rudy playing small ball when we cant even rebound....at least have Cato in there...jeez......

 

Yao Ming looks like he is out of place or just lost. His team has not helped him or passed to him. He looks disgusted at the way things are going!

 

This game's sick.

Did you guys see it? I finally saw it. Yao Ming got pissed at his teammates for not passing him the ball. The Celtics announcers brought it to my attention.

Here's what's been happening all night:

- for about 2 seconds, Yao's open to receive the ball in the low post from the wing. Francis is holding the ball. For those 2 seconds, a ball would set up a Yao posting posession.

Francis stares at him... doesn't pass. Opportunity passes, defender swings Yao Ming around and fronts. Francis passes away.

But this time, Yao did something. He literally turned to Francis and screamed at him. I want to see that, times about 100.

 

It's good to see that at least Yao cares about winning games.

 

Less than 6 minutes to go and:

Yao has only 1 shot attempt.

Mo, their other postup threat, has only 3 shots.

They have 15 assists...and 16 FREAKING TURNOVERS!!!

Need I say more?

 

If Steve Francis can get 40pts and Win the game, I dont care he is as selfish as Kobe.

But he cannot. Wow , what a elite PG in the league.

I agree with Calvin and 10,000,000 other fans......pass to the mismatch.....somehow u gotta get the ball to Yao. However Rudy does not know how to design plays to get Yao the ball. Be creative Rudy. That is the problem with Rudy...he is one dimensional coach.

 

Even Boston has got it figured out, here it is the forth quarter and they are not even guarding Ming. They know he will not see the ball.

 

What do you know, we just gave Yao the ball and he scored, he's 2-2 now! Down by 4 with 3:47 left... as Denzel said in Training Day, "Man the f*ck up!"

 

I finally agree now I would trade Francis. It is a totally different game with Francis on as compared to the previous game.

 

Yao has no chance getting rebounds most of the shots went up Yao was out from the perimeter watching the Steve and Mobley Show.

 

Its pretty obvious that when Francis doesn't past Yao Ming the ball at least a few times in a game when he has decent post position like that, then he's throwing the team points away. This is one of the reasons that they're struggling for playoff position despite a good load of talent. The opposing teams' defense would probably get easier to defend against the rockets since the guards mostly refuse to past Yao the ball and then they know NOT to double up Ming and make them play one-on-one, making them using they're ISO in which slows their offense down and takes them a long time to get into sync. What's the score now??

 

That is a NO NO. Yao cant shoot. He cant take those 16-18 foot jumpers. Only other big men in the rest of this league are allowed to do that. We only need him to go inside and be AGGRESSIVE, and be double and triple teamed, and the rest of the team cant hit sh:ts from the outside.
YAO CANT AND IS NOT ALLOWED TO TAKE ANY OUTSIDE SHOTS.
