Funny they first thing I thought was awesome. Also funny I just posted in the Sawyer park thread and that was the first time I bought some. Is it still cheaper than regular crown
I prefer Collingwood. Aged in maple wood casks so you get a slight infusion of maple but not overpowering at all.
Collingwood not that expensive in comparison to other premium Canadian whiskies. It's been awhile but I believe Specs has decent sized bottles for about 20 bucks or so. Sorry I don't have specifics as its been awhile. I highly recommend giving it a try though. It is very good value and has a finish that's excellent.
For some reason the idea of a Crown Royal tasting party made me laugh. But I hate Crown. That said, I like getting drunk, so I'd probably go to one if given the opportunity.
It was at a restaurant and a bunch of people from my work went. It was pretty fun, and we actually learned quite a bit about Crown.
