Not 100 percent lazy but Basketball not being his Number 1 passion.
    This has been discussed before.

The funny thing is that Royce White never played a single NBA game yet and the All Star weekend in Houston has nothing to do with him really. But the fact that in his mind, he thinks he's part of the All Star weekend also and him putting the Rockets logo, NBA logo, Houston All Star weekend logo on his flier says a lot about the type of person he is.

This weekend is for the fans and the players who worked hard all year long to participate in this special All Star weekend. But Royce has not done anything for the fans, even said he doesn't care how the fans feel, and he has not put any type of effort to improve his game or maintain his physicality but uses this All Star weekend in Houston as an excuse for his own needs.

I don't mind Royce throwing parties, he can have as many parties as he want. There's nothing wrong with that. Just as long as he doesn't do it at an inappropriate time. But I do mind when he's throwing a party basing it off the All Star festivities. Its one thing to throw a party, but its another thing to throw a party using the All Star weekend as a cover when he has not done a single thing or played a single minute in the NBA.

This is the first time in MY life that anyone might have an issue with a rich WHITE family throwing a party ;)

There's nothing wrong with White throwing a party at all. He can throw parties anytime he wishes. But Royce is throwing his party based on the All Star festivities which he has no business in. It would be better if he would just throw a party and doesn't include the All Star in it. His entitlement is the one that is angering everyone.

I don't think people here are angered about him throwing a party at all. But him using the All Star as an excuse to throw a party and making it seem like he's part of the All Star festivities is not right. He has not put any type of effort in this entire season. Throughout the entire time when he was AWOL for his #protocol crap, he never went to the gym to stay in shape, work on conditioning or even tried to improve his game. So for Royce White to use the All Star festivities to throw his party as part of the All Star weekend is unbelievable. He has done nothing to deserve throwing a party for the All Star weekend activities.

So on top of him not putting any type of effort into this season, not showing up to training camp, media day, games and practices, he had "One of the cities finest professional athletes" on his flier. FINEST PROFESSIONAL ATHLETES... There are so many things wrong with that alone. He is not the finest, he has not been anywhere near professional and he hasn't done anything as of late to be considered an athlete. During the season, all NBA players who are not injured, work on their game or conditioning when they are not playing. But White isn't injured and he did not work on any conditioning or tried to improve his game at all when he was away from the team.

Yes entitlement does run in his family. The fact that his family feel like he's the finest athlete in the city even though he has not done a single thing to back that up. His family might have written that note but I'm sure White seen that note himself also and approved of it.

Someone please call the cops on him. What gaul, after holding the city hostage with his craziness. Also self appointed classy professional athlete, yeah right.

I'm guessing it's a poor tasteless prank on someone else's part -- not Royce White's family.

People, please let the Houston superstar and his family alone to enjoy their festivities. He clearly deserves it. Anyone saw that sick behind the back pass in that one d-league game??

For all his talk of "protocol" and reluctance to give the Rockets suits too much control, I guess he doesn't have a problem co-opting their seal of endorsement when it suits him. Funny stuff.
