With all this talk of Lebron opting out after next year I was wondering if/when Harden can opt out? I apologize if this has been discussed but all I can remember hearing is 5 years/$80 million.
He just signed the extension with the Rockets at the beginning of the season...please refrain from starting threads like this without doing some research first(ie. google) end thread/
LeBron can opt out because he signed a 6-year deal with an early termination option in year 5. Harden does not have an early termination option himself and thus will be under contract for the next five more years no matter what. See: Spoiler
