It's obvious now it's gonna be between the Rox and the Suns of b****es. The Suns are doing as bad as we are. The 8th spot will be taken by the less of two evils. Which one?
I believe the whole damned thing is rigged and the Rox are the sexier team dollars wise. So they're in.
If Sun continue play this poor, I say Rox in. Sun lost to Raptor yesterday, and the way they lost to Rox the other day, seem like they played back-to-back games instead of Rox. And remember Rox just arrived hotel at 3:00Am in the morning and they still beat Sun badly. If this remain same through the rest of season, Sun wound not have chance. Despite Rox lost yesterday, I did saw improvement. At least first half I could see they are forcing them and reminding each other to share the ball. Of course bad habits is hard to get rid of in days and weeks, but I definitely see they are toward the right track. Besides, We are 2-1 lead in the series with Sun, and if I am not mistaken, we still have a home game with them. If we can beat them 3-1, it is a huge advantages.
Phoenix’s Tough Road Games: Minnesota Milwaukee San Antonio Houston Dallas Detroit Indiana LA Lakers Portland Phoenix’s Tough Home Games: New Orleans Portland Minnesota Sacramento Utah Minnesota Dallas San Antonio OUCH! That is 17 of their last 27 gams and I did not even include Toronto, which beat them last night. Also their last two games of the season are on the road. Call me crazy but I like our chances since we are only a game and a half behind. Here is what I consider Houston’s Tough Road Games: Boston Detroit Portland Sacramento San Antonio Milwaukee Philadelphia Utah Houston’s Tough Home Games: San Antonio New Jersey Phoenix LA Lakers Portland That is 13 of the finale 28 games. I did not include the road or home game against the Clippers, which I probably could have since they have given us a lot of problems over the last couple of years. Call me crazy but I like our schedule quite a bit more than the Phoenix schedule.
i belive to rockets will be the 7th seed and lakers or the phenoix will be the 8th seed if shaq dosent get health
I don't know. The Lakers seem to be on fire lately with or without Shaq. Although I really don't expect Kobe to keep up this tear, I feel that they will capture the seventh seed. The Suns are slumping right now. If this continues, I believe we will take the eighth seed and face those horrible Mavs.
Hi crash. Great points you made about the schedules. Also, the Suns have to play once more at Golden State. The Warriors are not pushovers at home and the Suns lost by 10 the last time they went to Oakland. On the whole, I'm not impressed with the Suns. They're coming off a 6 game homestand where they went 3-3 against so-so competition. Now it's back on the road for them, where they are a measly 9-18. I know the Rockets are not much better, but I think they should be able to pass up PHX soon.
There is a reasonable chance that Koby is slowly but surely damaging his injured knee by putting such a big pressure on himself. If I am right Kobe might be out of the Game for several weeks. For his knee to heal he is going to need rest. I wonder what others are observing about this situation.
What are you talking about. We are one game behind them and they only reason they even have a winning record is because they had that 10 game streak were they only lost 1 game. They are soft and every team has Amare figured out. Houston will be in the playoffs and you don't believe that then you're not a rockets fan.
Right ON!!! PHX is one of those teams that's good at a lot of things, but great at none. We totally OWN that 7th spot. The only question is whether we care to rise to the occasion and claim what's rightfully ours. This rough patch beginning from Nov has got to come to and end and with the trade deadline past, I can see a sigh of relief from Cat and others. Forget the Lakers... Minnesota, Utah, PHX, you guys better watch out. b/c it's nearing LIFT OFF TIME!!!! theSAGE
Phoenix is running out of gas and their bench is really bad, plus Penny is still hurting. Teams also have figured Amare out. With so many good PFs in the west, Amare is having a difficult time.
I think that crash's schedule comparison makes it clear that the Rockets control their own fate. They are only a few games out, and have an easier road to the playoffs. Man how I would like to play the Mavs first round. Despite the 4-0 sweep, I still think we play them as well as anyone(Especially in the first half). And, man would I love to see the look on Cuban's face after the 8th-seeded Rockets led by the punk Steve Francis and the scrub Yao Ming defeated his Allas Mavericks. Especially after the comments in the Dallas Morning News(...If anyone has the quote, please post it, I don't have a password to the website...)
