Lebron just went super saian 4 on everyone. This is a guy who was mvp, nba and world champ last year who was pretty clear cut the best player in the world. He came back even better, and that is almost unheard of. If you watch him play right now, he can take over the game at any time in any way, utter dominance.
And right now LeBron is playing with 3 HOFs? The only guy on the current Heat team you could deem as being a Hall Of Famer is Dwayne Wade. The rest are role players even Chris Bosh, he pretty much gets the All-Star vote for being on the best team in the league and part of the "Big 3". In years past he was borderline All-Star material. I'm sure everyone remembers the cowboy commercial pretty much begging for All-Star votes in his Toronto days. Regardless, LeBron is the best player on the planet and is undoubtedly getting better by the minute, while also making the rest of the players on that team better.... (Rashard Lewis, Ray Allen, Shane Battier, Mario Chalmers, Norris Cole, Udonis Haslem, CHRIS ANDERSON). I don't see anybody worthy of being more than a bench player from any of the guys I just mentioned. You could make a case for Chalmers but he's still a borderline starter. LeBron is in the ultimate beast mode right now.
I'm not really sure what your point is based on what I've been arguing but I'll respond to the Bosh part. Bosh is going to his 8th straight all start game in a row. That means he was an all star 5 times in a row before joining the Heat and there is nothing borderline about that. Also, his stats are very comparable to guys like Worthy who made the hall of fame.
Bosh is not a HOFer. The only reason he went to those other All-Star games were because the talent level in the Eastern Conference had been so crappy all those years, while the West was stacked, especially with bigs. He started for 2 years 2006-2007 because the only other guys were Ben and Sheed Wallace and then an aging Shaq to compete with. The other times he was a reserve not a starter the way he has been with the Heat. Point is you claiming Jordan only did it with one HOFer is a ridiculous conterpoint as to how LeBron is playing and winning with his team now. Dwayne Wade is the only other HOF player on that team.
Forgot to mention regarding Worthy. He was entered into the basketball HOF not the NBA HOF. He won championships while at UNC and with the Lakers, with great production throughout his career, that's why he's a HOF player.
Jordan won with less talent around him IMO than LeBron currently has, most definitely with his first 3 rings. Regardless of how many HOFers there may or may not be, the individual talent on these Heat teams are greater than the early 90s Bulls. And for the late 90s Bulls teams, you can make this argument also, although those had more talent than the earlier ones.
I agree Bosh isn't a Hall of Fame player to me yet but his stats and accomplishments are close. As far as the last paragraph goes, you should reread my previous posts because you are completely distorting why I brought that up. I never claimed or even intended to claim what you say I am.
Lebron is leading his team in points (by 6 points), rebounds (by 1), in assists (by 2), in steals, fg%, PER (by 8).
Lebron could be top 5 in any position (PG, SG, SF, PF) if he had to move there...maybe even center. And I think that may be a little conservative.
I think the fair question is, could Jordan lead LeBron's Cleveland team to the Finals? I'd say it's debatable. This is really another example why you can't compare players from different eras. There is no objective way to do it. Either way you side with is only subjective opinion. I think most people would agree that LeBron has better natural talent than Jordan. But Jordan clearly had more fight in him than LeBron does. So who is the greater player? Who knows? (And for the record, I don't even like either of those two guys.)
The thing is, and I've said this before, Jordan could play the same role LeBron has played for his career and be dominant statistically anyway. The 1988-89 season is a prime example when he played PG for the Bulls and got 15 triple doubles and had the season averages that he did. LeBron might have the natural talent since he's a freak of nature, but Jordan had the better basketball skills.

Debatable. But Jordan never played in a conference that weak. Lebron's team got swept by Spurs easily.
I wasn't claiming there was a NBA HOF, there's only the Basketball HOF. Therefore his career throughout college and the NBA would be taken into account, which was part of my point. As opposed to there only being a NBA HOF, where they would probably just go by your pro career if there ever was one.
Do you have proof showing that he wouldn't have got in if he had been a bad college player? Or did you just make that part up?
