I mean, label me as a Smith fanboy all you guys want, but this guy has the numbers to back up the game you guys want from a PF.

 

I hope D-Mo and Cole Aldrich improve and Royce White actually shows what he can do, and Terence Jones actually gets to play.

Together with Toney Douglas James Anderson, and they are taking up roster space which I think should be used for a shot blocking center. I think Terence Jones is a keeper. But if projects D-Mo or Royce White don't pan out, I want to clear the roster space for someone who can complement Omer Asik defensively.

That is true the Rockets are looking for another shot blocker at the PF position and Josh Smith would be ideal in that role plus IF the team trades for him you can have him as a rental and then decide if they want to keep him long term.
