Have one pair of tickets for the George Strait concert on March 17, 2013 at the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo. These are hard tickets from Ticketmaster. The pair of seats are located on the Floor - Section T, Row 12 - asking $1000 for the pair. PM me through the board if interested or if you know of anyone that might be interested. Looking to unload them this week so I'll be negotiable on the prices and listen to any and all reasonable offers. Thanks.
No offense, as this isn't directed to you But i don't think i've ever been more upset at ticket scalpers than this event here. Me and the GF have been looking forward to this since they announced it, attempted to get tickets from ticket master at the minute they went on sale, with no luck, only to find thousands of tickets on the secondary market for 6x the original price. So frustrating... Not very fond of tow truck drivers, used car salesmen , and ticket scalpers
Oh man I completely understand. It's like that for most major sporting events and concerts though. Not really sure how to remedy the situation but I've been on that end of it plenty of times too. Everyone's just trying to make a buck
I agree NateNate. I also tried for tickets the minute the they went on sale. No luck. I just get highly pissed off thinking that maybe half of the tickets sold that morning were for people to make a buck, or I should say hundreds of bucks. But I understand. It's supply and demand.
agreed. It's real annoying especially since I'm trying to get some for a person who is a long time fan but has never seen him in person. One good way to get a decent ticket at a decent price is to peruse craiglist an hour before the concert. You have to sift through a bunch of crap but often times you can find someone who is getting desperate to sell their tickets and you can get a less inflated price.
he's not a scalper???? HE IS. Are you defending your outrageously high prices? The last sentence is hypocritical.
Ya this rodeo has been a mess....be careful http://www.khou.com/news/HoustonRodeo-takes-action-after-KHOU-11-News-investigation--190115691.html
I recall a few seasons ago - this King of the 40 acres really let a Clutch fan member down. He either promised to buy or sell tickets and did not show. Do not trust this guy- hope ticket buyer got what was promised
I remember this, but I think he settled it. But that doesn't mean you can sell other tickets at 7 times the price to a fellow ClutchFan, man. This is what is confusing me.
