I think our chances of beating LAC have increased over the last week

 

time to rewind and watch it again

 

i think both are better teams now its just that they didnt make all those lucky shots like the last time

 

what a nice spring festival day from China

 

We should have beat Portland the other two time too had we found our mixed. Even then, those games were close.

 

Fix'd

 

Defense takes a lot of energy, having Lin and Beverly alternate contained Lillard.

Lin is a serviceable guard to this team if he shoots efficiently and plays D, that's the complementary role he needs to play with Harden.

I hope Beverly and Anderson keeps this up as the season goes on because right now they're benefiting from having fresh legs. TD seems replaceable, since he's a FA this summer, Morey thought this through. Any updates on his injury?

 

No way, not until Rocket has someone to match out Blake.

 

Didnt get to see the game.. why did lin only get 26 min? ... or should I even ask..

LIN is a Role Player in the coaches eyes. He needs to be consistent to show that he isn't. I like anderson and beverley lately, good to have a bench like that. add-on Del3no!

what bugs me is Smith is not playing much lately

 

Amazing how he puts up 30 so easily.

 

Beverly played well, plus the Rockets were destroying the Blazers in the 2nd half, so no point playing Lin too much. The same can be said about Harden, McHale really needs to lower his minutes to 35-ish or less in the blow out games.

 

I am okay with it. Beverly's defense on Lillard was awesome!

 

Put Parsons on him.

 

Nice to finally get a W against Portland and it wasn't in OT. Now it is on to the Road. Need to finish strong before going on the All Star Break. Nice to see that NBAtv has pick up the game against the Warriors. I will be going to go see the Vipers game that night to get a chance to see Royce play.

I can't imagine that anyone could have seriously had this discussion a mere 12 weeks ago. Mind blown.

I'm starting to think we have enough talent on this team to survive a trade deadline. Patterson is playing on beast mode the past 2 games. Asik is also dunking with authority.

Chemistry is hard to find, I wouldn't gamble when the upside of the team hasn't peaked yet. Rockets might be one in only a few teams out there that have 4-5 different scorers with double digits night in night out average.

Injecting a new agent may kill this teams balance.

 

Even if he's consistent, he's still a role player, just a better one.

It's not a dirty word. Plus he gets 25mil for doing it.
