I agree. There's no conspiracy or racism. Just doen't trust them and limits their minutes even in crunch time which just happened against Denver. The first game he coached after his extended leave of absence Lin played 18 minutes and Asik 20 although both were playing well. They sat the entire 4th Q and we lost at home against Dallas. It's been going on all year - just not as extreme as the Dallas game. I had hopes he would change after our recent 3 game winning streak but he keeps reverting back to what he secretly believes even though the evidence shows otherwise.

    Very keen observation.

I have been thinking about this for months, and have come to the same conclusion, at least for now.

McHale had only been a coach between Dec. 8, 2008 and June 17, 2009 before he joined the Rockets for the 2011-12 season.

I think Toroncan can coach better than Mchale and Sampson, come on, Toroncan, submit your resume to Les.

He also had a short stint in 2004-2005. So basically it's a short stint in 2004-2005, most of 2008-2009 then 2011-2012 and now 2012-2013.

He's a little old, but I've liked Hubie Brown. Thoughts?

    You are right.

Upon further research I found that McHale took over as head coach for Timberwolves on Feb. 12, 2005, and he compiled a 19-12 record for the rest of the season.

So 31 games for 2004-05, maybe 50+ games for 2008-09, and 66 games for 2011-12.

Maybe a bit less than 200 games till now is about right. Still there were no playoff games though.

Horrible substitutions again, kept parson on the Bench for too long with Anderson on the court. I understand he had 5 fouls but at the end of the game u have to put in your best lineup. Pissed me off.

Plays Scrub Anderson who was playing like hot trash in crunch-time over Parsons against the Heat. Results?

Anderson gets gun shy from three and tries aimlessly driving to the basket accomplishing nothing other than losing the basketball or burning down the clock.

Misses a crucial box-out against Wade resulting in an easy 2 points for Miami

Runs into Udonis and gets called for the charge.

Yeah, this is BS! Why didn't we win by 45 like we did in Utah the other night?

There is one thing which never works: small ball.

    But McHale loves it ...

I hate to say this, but Mchale is a worst coach than Mike Brown. Mike can actually set up some plays. But they both ride the coat tails of their nba stars.

Seriously, Mchale has cost us atleast 4 games off the top of my head with bad rotations and sub. The guy can't coach.

How the hell do you not play Parsons in the 4th? Mchale is here to ruin the entire teams confidence. Dude is an idiot. I thought I never hate anyone more than Mike Brown, but this guy is it.

I think Nate McMillan could be a good coach here.

because he always has ***** substitution patterns.

there's no reason why james anderson would be playing in last second crucial situations while your 3rd best player (chandler parsons) is sitting pretty on the bench.

mchale lost that game tonight. He didnt put Lin and harden quick enough and the heat started building the lead. Lin and Harden already got their rest and there should be no way both lin and harden are off the floor at the same time.

mchale is average at best as a head coach.

People complaining about McHale after every loss are just idiots. People complain after wins also, just silly. Internet fans that think they know more about basketball than a hall of famer. Good grief.

Not playing parsons was just stupid. Anderson was what tonight? 2-7?

Parsons in-bounded the ball on that crucial play. And I thought Anderson performed admirably today. Back end of a back-to-back against the Heat at home. I'm fine with this loss. Not gonna place blame on McHale at all.
