You nailed it man. Miller was overrated, and his high assists were largely due to the system they ran in Cleveland with shooters such as Person and Langdon and one more guy I forgot.
Hey, isn't Miller a restricted free-agent this summer? So, the Clips could match any offer Miller gets. I am sure it would be stupid on the Clips part (like 98% of the moves Sterling makes) to do so, but even if Miller gets an offer richer than what the Clips want to pay, couldn't they just imprison him for one more year?
